Tynecastle International Football Club (TIFC) is a soccer club in Everett near Seattle, Washington USA. TIFC, founded in 2008,  has the support of the Tynecastle Football Club, in Edinburgh, Scotland, and desires to bring the rich history of Tynecastle to the youth of Snohomish county.

Both TIFC coaching director David Hoggan (aka. Hoggy) and Tynecastle FC chairman Douglas Dalgleish share a common desire to promote soccer with the respect and dignity the game deserves. Hoggy will oversee the training and development of the youth programs bringing the experience of a lifetime of playing and coaching, at both the youth and professional levels, into one club; Tynecastle International Football Club.

Both organisations will maintain strong links. In 2008, 2 members of the Tynecastle Football Club travelled to Seatlle for a 10 day period to sample the life of an American soccer player. In 2009, one member of the Tynecastle International Football Club travelled from Seattle to Edinburgh where he trained and played over a 3 week period.

These player exchanges are set to continue in 2010.
